Ravit Wachsberger
Co-founder, CPO
Over the past decade, Ravit Wachsberger has served as the CEO (Founder) of one of Israel's leading corporate investigation firms (www.w-isc.com). Previously, she was a senior investigations officer in the Israeli police force, serving in Lahav 433.
For decades, in both the public and private sectors, she has managed complex, large-scale cases in various criminal fields, including money laundering, fraud, aggravated deception, public corruption, business intelligence, and background checks.
Her investigative career began during her military service as an intelligence investigator in the Israeli Air Force. After completing her law studies, she specialized in criminal law at the Tel Aviv District Court.
She holds an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University and a mediation certification.
She is licensed as a corporate investigator, a private investigator, and an attorney by the Ministry of Justice.
Rita Baal-Taxa
Co-founder, CEO
Rita Baal-Taxa has held senior executive positions (C-Level, Board Member) in the local and global insurance and fintech industries.
With extensive expertise in risk management, engagements with reinsurers and enterprize clients, directors' and officers' (D&O) insurance, cyber insurance, complex insurance structures, underwriting guidelines, risk assessment, and claims handling.
Since 2000, has served as a mediator, and since 2014, as an arbitrator, leading dispute resolution outside the courtroom.
For the past 20 years, has served as a board member in publicly traded companies in the real estate, high-tech, and financial sectors, alongside lecturing in academic and professional forums.
Holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed attorney by the Ministry of Justice.
Earned an MSc. (Master of Science in Management) from NYU – Polytechnic School of Engineering.
