User Declarations and Commitments

Personal Use of Information Products and Restrictions

  1. The User undertakes that any information provided to them by TRUVIFY LTD (hereinafter: "the Corporation"), whether directly or indirectly and in any manner whatsoever (hereinafter: "Information Products"), shall be used solely for personal use and by applicable law and any instructions or notes received from time to time as part of or along with the Information Products.
  2. The User commits not to misuse or act in bad faith regarding the Information Products and/or access to them.
  3. Without derogating from the above, the User undertakes not to publish or transfer the Information Products, in whole or in part, to any third party.
  4. Violation of the above provisions (in whole or in part) may infringe the rights of third parties, including those with whom the User has agreements for service provision. Such violation constitutes a material breach of the service agreement, entitling the User to terminate the agreement immediately, with the User bearing any damages or expenses resulting from such breaches.

Privacy Policy and Data Collection

  1. This Privacy Policy describes how the Corporation handles information, as defined under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Information" and "Privacy Protection Law," respectively), that it collects.
  2. The Corporation may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and therefore, service users should check periodically for any changes. The latest Privacy Policy version will be published at truvify.com, and copies will be available at the Corporation’s offices. Any updates or modifications to the Privacy Policy shall take immediate effect, with notification sent according to the conditions of Section 38 below.

Types of Information

This Privacy Policy distinguishes between two types of information:

  1. "Personal Information" refers to any data that, alone or in combination with other data, may identify an individual, including information about their personality, marital status, privacy, health condition, economic status, professional qualifications, opinions, and beliefs.
  2. In contrast, "Statistical Information" refers to data that does not allow for the identification of an individual.
  3. For clarification, any Statistical Information that is linked or associated with Personal Information shall be considered Personal Information as long as this linkage exists.

Storage and Use of Information by the Corporation

  1. During the use of the website, the User may provide Personal Information as defined in this document. This Personal Information (excluding payment processing data, as detailed below) may be stored in the Corporation’s systems and used to provide various services requested by the User and to update them on offers and information that may be of interest, including advertisements as defined in the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications), 1982.
  2. By accepting these terms, the User consents to being contacted via the details they provided. The User may opt out of receiving updates by clicking an embedded link in the messages received or through the website, as permitted by law.

    It is clarified that Information Products may also be stored in the User’s systems.

  3. The User acknowledges that the Corporation may, from time to time, delete information stored in its systems, including the User’s Personal Information and Information Products.

Data Security

  1. The Corporation employs digital systems and follows up-to-date information security protocols. While these systems and protocols reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Corporation’s computing systems and servers, they do not provide absolute protection against breaches or unauthorized access. Therefore, the Corporation does not guarantee that its services are completely secure from unauthorized access to the stored data.
  2. When using the Corporation’s systems/website, industry-standard technology known as "Cookies" may be used to store certain data on the User's device. This technology enables the automatic activation of certain features, enhances the User's experience of the Corporation’s services, and collects statistical data.

General Provisions

  1. If the User is a corporation, its representative hereby confirms that they are authorized to bind the corporation to these terms.
  2. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and overrides any previous agreements, statements, or declarations of intent between them. Any modification, including waivers, extensions, concessions, or additions, must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.
  3. Any communication between the parties must be in writing via the email addresses specified in the parties’ records and shall be deemed received 72 hours after sending, or via another communication method that includes an acknowledgment of receipt.
  4. Any interpretation, dispute, or claim between the parties shall be resolved exclusively in the Tel Aviv courts, in accordance with Israeli law.
